while browsing the shelves of sunflower market last week, i was inspired by the asian cuisine aisle. we have had tempura vegetables for dinner twice since then.
tempura sweet potato, eggplant, and onion with sweet and sour sauce.
Is it a mix? I want some, too. In another random direction, Jonner made ratatouille with veggies from his garden and it was super delish, so I am on a fresh veggie kick. Just me, though. No one else around here cares.
