Week 7 Fitness Recap

Feb 13 - nothing
Feb 14 - nothing
Feb 15 - 13.5(!) mile family bike ride
Feb 16 - yoga
Feb 17 - small walk with Baby
Feb 18 - nothing
Feb 19 - family bike ride

Obviously the main event this past week was the major bike ride. It was so awesome and very draining. Look at my handsome boys!


The night after the ride, I bashed my knee into the corner of our office desk. That definitely put a damper on things. Luckily everyone else at yoga was pretty sore as well, so there were not many intense poses. I wish that yoga were twice a week but it is a blessing that I get to go to a class once a week for free and I am grateful for it.
