This past weekend there was a rally for Senator John McCain. Governor Sarah Palin spoke there as well. While I am not sure who I will vote for in the election this year, it was quite an experience to attend a rally for one of the candidates. I am conservative in my political beliefs, and pretty conservative when it comes to my public involvement with politics. Attending this rally was outside my comfort zone, but I went to support Husband. There might be more rallies in our future, so I'm hoping to have a better lens for better documentation (the photos of McCain and Palin were cropped big time). Taking better pictures might take the edge off my anxiety.

Wow, I bet that was awesome. I feel the same way about politics.
It should be noted that I wanted to go because Sarah was there, and that I'm no McCain fan (see McCain-Kennedy, McCain-Feingold, and other past legislation). It's going to be the marginally better J.D. Hayworth for me, unless he turns out to be the devil between now and then.
