Week 2 Fitness Recap

Jan 9 - 20 minutes of 30 Day Shred
Jan 10 - rest
Jan 11 - 30 minute family walk
Jan 12 - 30 minute bike ride and play at the park with baby
Jan 13 - 7 minutes of 30 Day Shred (my body said absolutely no more)
Jan 14 - 30 minute family bike ride
Jan 15 - 30 minute family walk
