Week 1 Fitness Recap

As part of my goals this year, I'm exercising for 30 minutes a day. To keep myself honest and motivated, I plan to document my progress.

Jan 1 - 30 minute walk with Husband and Baby
Jan 2 - 30 minute family bike ride
Jan 3 - 30 minutes of post-natal yoga
Jan 4 - 30 minute family bike ride
Jan 5 - 30 minute bike ride with baby
Jan 6 - nothing :(
Jan 7 - 30 minute family bike ride
Jan 8 - 20 minutes of 30 Day Shred

Because of the nature of 30 Day Shred, I'm going to let it count for 30 minutes if that is all I can fit in for the day. Hopefully I will be able to fit a little walk or bike ride in as well, but the purpose of the goal is to git up off my duff and actively tone my post-natal tummy and get rid of the weight I gained after nursing Baby.

The Shred is tough, isn't it? I completed all 30 days earlier this year and my arms are stronger because of it. Those push-ups and planks are killer!

Thanks for the inspiration to get moving today! I think I'll go on a run later this afternoon...

Hey I'm doing that too! Love the 30 day shred, fast but effective.
