eat your heart out thursday - failed panuchos

a few weeks ago i attempted a recipe to make panuchos and failed miserably. fortunately the mounds of dough i created tasted just like tamale dough and with the help of tostada toppings, dinner was salvaged and actually really tasty. husband has since requested we have it for dinner again. here's hopping i'll mess it up again!
