eat your heart out thursday - macaroni grill

husband and i went out to eat on tuesday to macaroni grill. i took the opportunity to eat something that i like that husband says its gross. i ordered eggplant parmigiana. it was amazing! and then i ate the leftovers for lunch yesterday. paired with some rosemary crusty bread, it was the most delicious meal. i prefer this place to the olive garden. not sure why, but i do.
