sicky sick sick

today i was too sick to get out of bed. and then i had a fever of 102 degrees F. after waiting for what seemed like a million years i was finally able to see a doctor at an urgent care place and get a prescription for antibiotics. the prescription took a while to fill, so husband and i got some food since he was hungry and i had just gotten my appetite back (only fluids and saltine crackers all day). upon receiving the antibiotics i was told that they needed to be taken on an empty stomach - 2 hours after eating. whiskey tango foxtrot. who knew that waiting around to take antibiotics would be just as bad (or worse) than being sick?
